Good Evening my children. Your den mother Colleen has returned from an alternate dimension fueled by hate (I've been in my rare Grr Argh, people suck mood) to bid farewell to Elisabeth Sladen, better known as Sarah Jane Smith of Doctor Who. She was such a fan favorite that she was given her own series, the Sarah Jane Adventures. Personally, I became a fan of Doctor Who due to the new series, so my introduction to the fantastic Sarah Jane was in the second season episode "School Reunion." She immediately gained my affection and I have been slowly procuring the Tom Baker era episodes that feature her. She was one of those rare women who remain cute into their middle ages and was a fantastic actress. Ms. Sladen had been battling cancer and unfortunately lost the battle today.
