Hello all,
Some of you may know me from Topless Robot. I've been reading the site for a few years now, but I only ever comment on rare occasions. Anyway, My goal here at The Tao of Scoot is to provide you readers with humor-based articles dealing with our nerdy obsessions, but primarily I'll be writing what I hope you'll find to be humorous anecdotes about how a guy from a poverty-line family in a town of less than 1500 people came to make the awful choice to make himself a nerd in as many areas as possible while having less than no money, and my attempts to procure the trappings of nerdom. My first proper post will concern my obsession in obtaining Predaking, but of course being such a small place Transformers of that kind were impossible to find, but boy did I try.
I hope you enjoy my writing style, and I hope to hear from you at some stage if you find my work to be of any value.
