I've recently started watching the shows that had a big impact on my childhood, shows I watched between the ages of 4-7, namely Astroboy, Kimba the White Lion, Battle of the Planets a.k.a G-Force, and both the Lion and Vehicle Voltrons.
I've started with the vehicle Voltron, and so far I have two observations:
1) One of the characters is voiced by Peter Cullen, and
2) The character Crick (sp?) has been turned into an incredibly, insanely racist caricature. It's... mind-blowing.
