Ciara says she spends $11,000 on shoes a month



It is reported that R&B singer Ciara, owns at least 1,000 pairs of shoes and that she will probably spend $1,200 in a single trip!!!




She thinks spending $11,000 on shoes per month “is not so bad”… Agree or disagree???
