And that's about all of talk like a pirate I shall do in this post. Anyway I realized that season 4 of Chuck begins tomorrow so I figured I should haul my behind to getting the season recaps done. So onward to Season 2!

Anyway, we start the season with Chuck being held out a window. A fulcrum bad guy is interrogating Chuck. He asks Chuck who he is...which leads to a quick recap of the previous season...gets intersect stuck in his head, dealing with bad guys, yada yada... Anyway, of course Sarah and Casey are there to save the day! The whole ordeal was over the new sipher for the Intersect. Chuck is thrilled with the idea that he will no longer be in constant danger. Casey is reminded of his kill order. Casey is rather uneasy about killing Chuck. The sipher passes hands a couple of times. Fulcrum gets it and then Chuck, once more held out a window, gets it back. Oh and he and Sarah go on a real date. Cool. Anyway alls well that ends well, Chuck is preparing dinner for Sarah and Casey goes into the apartment to kill Chuck...and Sarah arrives just in time for Casey to hear the bad news: The sipher ended up being a Trojan horse and the Intersect once more explodes...this time taking Director Graham with it. Bye Tony Todd! You were imposing!

Anyway the season is very much like the previous season. Chuck flashes, Chuck is put into danger, Chuck decidedly NEVER stays in the car! OH and John Larroquette shows up! Team Bartowski finds out where the real Sipher is and has to deal with Melinda Clarke who has a oh so sexy accent. Apparently Larroquette's role as Roan involves him having the ability to seduce ANYONE. And he teaches Chuck how to seduce the sexy Melinda...here's my favorite scene of the entire Season!

unfortunately the punchline had been cut off...Melinda replies "But you can take me up to my room to make mad passionate sex to me."

Anyway they get the sipher back and everything ends up fine. Chuck literally sweeps in on a Buy More banner to save the day. Of course, Chuck doesn't know that he's a dead man if the Intersect is ever completed.

Oh and Bryce shows up again. Fulcrum, through some rich douche bag, is dangerously close to getting intel on all CIA and NSA agent covers...which is bad for Sarah & Casey. They manage to stop Fulcrum from getting said intel. Sarah's feelings for Chuck almost gets them all killed and information into the wrong hands. But it doesn't happen. Bryce tells Chuck this obvious fact and Chuck wonders what to do. Bryce says "You'll do the right thing. You always do...that's why I sent you the Intersect." How sweet. So Chuck tells Sarah he knows that they are just a cover and only a cover...even though he's crazy about her. And Bryce leaves sunglasses for Chuck. He puts them on, jokes about being "Carmichael...Charles Carmichael" (his CIA cover name) and an update for the intersect is uploaded into Chuck. Last line as he passes out "I hate Bryce."

Meanwhile, at the Buy More, an especially annoying character is introduced. Meet Emmett Milbarge, played by Tony Hale. He's originally introduced as an efficiency expert who comes to Burbank's Buy More to get these goons working. He then becomes Assistant Manager...and Chief Kiss-ass. Although he ends up having ulterior motives...

Hello Kiss Ass. You are decidedly NOT hot.

Anyway, Emmett is a supercilious asshole who takes it upon himself to learn everything there is to know about the goons...and is just plain annoying. He quickly becomes essential to "Big" Mike...whom he ultimately betrays. He gets Big Mike demoted to a regular employee and becomes store Manager...by manipulating Morgan's desire for Big Mike to stop dating his mom. Morgan eventually quits the Buy More because Emmett is an asshole.

Anyway, back to the story we actually care about, Jill Roberts, played by Jordana Brewster... who is VERY HOT, shows up to throw Chuck through a tailspin. Two really bad things happened to Chuck in his last year at Stanford. One his roommate, Bryce Larkin, framed him for cheating and got him thrown out of Stanford. Second, his girlfriend, Jill, broke up with him and apparently started screwing Bryce.

Meet Jill. She's the second cock block for Chuck and Sarah.

Anyway, he runs into her again. Finds out her boss is involved with Fulcrum in some convoluted fashion. He had hidden a chip that had information on all of the fulcrum agents. And they kinda get back together after she is held hostage by fulcrum in exchange for the chip. Everything works out great....While Jill and Chuck screw, Casey and Sarah go through the list of Fulcrum agents...guess what they discover!

If you guessed THIS...yup you're right...she's a Fulcrum Agent.

Anyway long story short she is arrested and Chuck is very depressed that his girlfriend betrayed him again. But she never slept with Bryce so its not completely a downer.

Anyway, the next big thing to happen is Chuck closing in on the creator of the Intersect. At this point he just wants out of this whole Spy business. He finds out that the creator is called "Orion." And that he might be able to get the information out of his head. Oh and guess who Orion is...

SCOTT BAKULA!!!!

Oh and he's Chuck's dad...cool huh?

Anyway, Fulcrum wants him to build them an intersect. Chevy Chase is their leader or something and kidnaps him...just as Chuck brings him home to walk Ellie down the isle. Oh RIGHT, Ellie and Awesome are about to get married.

Anyway, Chuck is supposed to go into lockdown. Sarah and he go AWOL to find his dad. And Awesome finds out Chuck's a spy. He thinks its awesome...of course. Eventually they all end up saving Chuck's dad...who gets the intersect out of his head. They acquire the Intersect core that Mr. Bartowski built, and the CIA sends a bunch of fighters to destroy fulcrum...but Chevy Chase...called Roarke, survives.

And onward to the season finale. Operation Bartowski ends. Chuck gets much cashey money for his job as the intersect. And Bryce is going to be the new Human Intersect. Casey is promoted to Colonel and gets his old squad back. And there's a wedding...and that's where things go pear shaped.

Chevy Chase shows up at Ellie and Awesome's wedding. Tells Chuck to give him the Intersect cube. Chuck gets Morgan and Jeffster to stall the wedding as he contacts Bryce and Casey to HELP. They end up shooting up the reception hall, while Jeffster plays Mr. Roboto. An interesting montage scene ensues. Jeffster ends by setting off fire crackers that cause the shower system to engage....screwing up the wedding.

Chuck feels bad...but he got LOTS of money for his 2 years as the intersect. He gets Casey to set up a wedding on the beach in a jiffy. Anyway while Ellie and Awesome ACTUALLY get married, one of Casey's team kills off the rest of the team and then knocks Casey out. While at the reception, Bryce leaves with who he thinks is a CIA agent. But Mr. Bartowski apparently also downloaded the intersect premier into his head and tells them he's not CIA. Bartowski Senior gives Chuck his cool armband that can get into ANYTHING and Sarah and Chuck follow the supposed bad dude into a secret bunker oh so uniquely called "Secret Intersect Location"...The intersect is set up and the dude who shot up Casey's team shows up so Bryce will know that he has been double crossed. Anyway, Casey meets up and Team Bartowski is complete. They all meet up with Bryce and bad guys and much shooting occurs. Chuck goes into the ceiling because he sees its a way into the intersect chamber. Bad guy shoots Bryce who enters the intersect chamber the old-fashioned way. Bryce and Chuck meet up and Bryce gives him a device that will wipe out the intersect computer system...and tells him to look after Sarah...and promptly dies.

Chuck goes to upload the device...sees the palm shape to activate the Intersect. Flashes back on people telling him "YOU ARE A SPY/HERO etc." He downloads the Intersect 2.0 and then wipes it clean. Bad guy enters...other bad guys bring in Casey and Sarah. Bad guy is upset about the Intersect being destroyed but boasts about being "Spies...the best." And that no one ever stopped them. Chuck has a new type of flash. Sarah sees this and inquires...Casey "Oh Chuck me!"...cute...and Chuck proceeds to kick every bad guys asses!!!

Sarah "CHUCK?!?!?"

Chuck "Guys...I know Kung Fu."
